Chloe Bennet is an American actress and dancer known professionally by her first name only. She is best recognized for her starring role in the ABC television series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. She also guest stars on movies such as The Perks of Being a Super Spy, Ant-Man and the Incredible Hulk, and The Spectacular Spider-Man movie. She was also nominated for an Academy Award for her work in the film, Finding Nemo.
Chloe was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in a family that was close to the Knowles family. Her younger sister, Jada Pinkett Smith, played the piano, and her mother, Patti Knowles served as a social worker with the United States Department of Education in Chicago. It was a family that encouraged Chloe to pursue an acting career while she was growing up, and her first small role came in a play called “The Perks of Being a Super Spy”. From there, she began a long career that would span four decades in Hollywood.
It was in reunions with her former Disney world colleagues, like Michael J Fox and Jim Carrey, that Chloe got the chance to hone her craft. She performed in numerous Broadway shows, movies, TV shows, and commercials before landing her role on the television series, S.H.I.E.L.D. which was a spinoff of the highly popular X-Men series of the early 1990s. In her early days on the show, Chloe was presented with many honors, including an O recognizeer award from star Jennifer Aniston, and an additional O recognizing her from the Best actress category of the year. However, these honors were later overshadowed by the fact that she was discovered smoking inside her car in the middle of a shoot when the other actresses were filming in different locations around the United States. This fact caused outrage in some circles in the United States and prompted the writers of S.H.I.E.L.D. to send Chloe to the wellness center in Chicago, where they gave her alcohol treatment. Once she went in for alcohol therapy, producers decided to get rid of her from the series. But her career never completely went away, as she landed a guest starring roles on shows like Seinfeld and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Recently, Chloe returned to the limelight, where she had a role in the second installment of the X-Men series, titled Legion. She plays Rebekahazard, a member of the team that works with the Xavier Institute. Some people have criticized this choice as being gratuitous in its violence against women, but others have praised her performance, saying that it helps demonstrate just how tough the female characters of the X-Men franchise are. No matter what you think about Bennet’s role in Legion, you have to admit that she fits the bill of an exciting lead character. Her presence was sorely needed, especially since X-Men: Days of Future Past featured an almost complete absence of strong female characters.
Finally, Chloe Bennet is currently filming the fourth season of the popular soap opera Scrubs. It all started when she had an interesting exchange in one of the episodes, with her co-star Michael Chiklis. According to reports, he told her that he wasn’t comfortable seeing her with another man, and that he couldn’t think of anything else that he’d rather see her doing. It was at that moment that Chloebennet said that she was ready to split up with him. The two are expected to reunite for an episode later in the season.
