Anne was married to Richard Capray and they had two children. Then in 1968 her marriage was annulled. Though it was not mentioned on the records, some say that it was because her role in The Godfather caused Capray to become depressed. Anne had an interest in psychology and was a practicing psychotherapist. After her marriage to Richard Capray, she lived in London for a time in subsidized housing.
