Rachelle Leah is an American professional model and professional television personality. She has appeared as a ring girl and as a glamour model for several different companies. The interesting part of her career is that she has only faced charges of being sexual harassing at the workplace and at one point was fired from her job. She claims to have never been charged with any sexual harassment during her years on the set of Wheel of Fortune.
Rachelle Leah got her start in the entertainment industry at the age of sixteen when she began modeling for the Atlas Model Management agency in the late nineteen seventies. Her first contract was with Julliard Models exclusive contract. She was then hired by photographer Richard Simmons and photographer Don Judge to work with him on the series of fashion shows that he put together. These shows became the basis for all of Rachelle’s clothing line called” Rachelle’s Favorite.” Rachelle’s next contract was with Annapurna and it was here that her career really began.
Rachelle was then a guest host on the popular television show Fashion Police where she demonstrated some of her unique fashion sense. This led to her appearances on various other television programs including The Carol Burnett Show, The Today Show, and The Oprah Winfrey Show. Rachelle continued to receive high levels of popularity and critical acclaim for her appearance on one of the episodes of The Carol Burnett Show in which she was confronted by a group of hostile women who made fun of her looks and style. This episode is what launched Rachelle Leah into stardom and she appeared in numerous other shows throughout the rest of her career.

Rachelle was then contracted by Madonna to create a music video for her song “Who’s that Lady?” She was responsible for the creation of the template image used for many of the music videos featured on the television network. In addition, she also handled the conceptualizing and writing of the song itself. Throughout her career, Rachelle became an integral part of Madonna’s entourage and was often seen by the pop star while on film or television. She managed to create several classic videos and even received an Academy Award for her work in the movie, The Nutcracker. Rachelle’s consistent contributions to the entertainment industry were well noted and she was nominated for an additional Oscar for her contribution to the movie, AIDS: And the Price of Love.
Rachelle went on to star in several other movies, most notably, Rosemary Clooney’s ‘Me and My Sister’ and Michael J Fox’s ‘The Perfect Score’. Her honors then expanded to include additional acting roles in films such as ‘Man on the Moon’, ‘A Fish called Wanda’ and ‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’. This would all add up to a near-complete discography of her career. Rachelle was also a popular guest host on several talk shows, including CNN’s Larry King Live, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Late Show with Jay Leno, The Simpsons, and The Rachel Ray Show. Rachelle was also nominated for the Satellite Awards’ best actress award for her performance in the movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
Rachelle was married to musician and composer Michael J. Fox from the ages of twelve and nineteen. The couple settled in San Francisco and they had four children. Michael served as manager and groom for Rachelle throughout their marriage and the two remained together until the couple divorced in 1996. Rachelle was then married to Todd Napier for the next seven years. The two had one child before becoming a family and she remained active in both the music industry and the modeling industry throughout their marriage.
