She has also made guest appearances on Law and Order: Special Forces, The Mentalist, The Following, The X-Files, and E.T. She has also appeared in some films such as A Christmas Carol, The Thin Red Line, and Man on the Moon.
Ainsworth was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended Deuel Phillips High School, where she became popular with other students for her talent as an athlete.
