Jane Lynch

Jane Lynch was born in Southern California. Her mother was a maid and her father worked on a railroad. She was the middle child of five children. Her father had six siblings. She grew up in Los Angeles.

Jane Lynch was raised in Southern California. She attended Olivewood High School and later graduated from UCLA in 1965. Jane Lynch was a popular athlete at this time, as she participated in track and field, tennis, volleyball, and football. She was also an avid traveler and spent much of her free time exploring different countries.

Jane Lynch was known for her wide range of acting in both the theater and on the big screen. She had a leading role in the play, The Painted Woman (1965), as well as guest roles in such films as Baby Come Home (with George Peppard), Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (with Tim Matheson), Pretty Woman (with Richard Castellano), and On the Waterfront (with James Belushi). She was also nominated for a Golden Globe for her work in Baby Come Home. She went on to star in such films as Get Shorty (with James Kelly), Swing Vote (with Richard Castellano), and Breakfast at Tiffany’s (with James Dean). In addition, she had some voice-overs in such movies as The Heartbreak Kid, Get Shorty, and Swing Vote.

Jane Lynch had a storied career in television series Glee as Candice Bergen, the show’s star. She portrayed Rachel Berry, the principal character’s best friend and on screen girlfriend. She went on to play the character of Rachel Berry in the second season of the hit television series Glee. She has since gone on to play the same character in the spinoff of the series, Glee Club. In the spinoff, she plays Rachel Berry’s daughter, Nelly.

In addition to her numerous television appearances, Jane Lynch also appeared in several movies. She had a small role in A Raftery, for which she received an award for her performance. She also appeared in A Perfect Score opposite Mike Myers, and in The Secret Life of Bees from her husband, Bob Hoskins. Both of these films went on to become winning films. Additionally, she also had supporting parts in some movies such as Swing Vote and Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.

Jane Lynch has been nominated for multiple awards including a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her work in Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and Bill & Ted’s Big Little Lies. She was also nominated for an Academy Award for her work in A Raftery. She has also received a Screenwriters Guild Award for her work on the film adaptation of Don’t Worry, Be Happy. Her best known roles to-date have been featured in several well-received films including Crazy Heart and Fearless.
